Bright Owl's dare #4
Erin, the Bright Owl, posts a zentangle-inspired mandala dare every Friday here. She provides the options of doing the dare on a standard tile, a zendala tile, or full page. This one was supposed to have a 'Mexico' feel to it, but I didn't get there (phooey).
