Black and white

All three of these began with a black ink wash, leaving a variety of grays. They're all 3.5" square.

  1. While I like the houses too, I absolutely love the tree! It's SO cool! Are these 3 1/2 square tiles? There is so much detail I'm guessing these are bigger?

    1. Hi Betsy, I'm a bit partial to the tree too! These are all 3.5" tiles, mounted on 5" canvas.

  5. Wow. This is my most favorite effect yet! You just get better and better Margaret girl! How do you adhere the tiles to canvas? I love that idea.

    1. Thanks Anne. I use acrylic matte medium as 'glue' and an acrylic matte varnish over everything.
