Charlie Kratzer decorated his sizeable basement with $10 worth of Sharpie pens, and it's wonderful!
"People are amazed that with something as simple and inexpensive as a Sharpie, you can decorate a whole basement," says he, and I am! There are historical and literary personages, famous paintings and cartoon characters. There is a curving staircase and a fireplace. And lots more.
