Well, I will.
After Christmas I picked up some chocolate finger cookies at half price. Got the last two boxes.
Yum! |
I even made file dividers: Border, Full Tile, and so on. All my tiles didn't fit, of course. I'm going to have to eat the other box of cookies. Then maybe I'll need to hunt down more chocolate finger cookies.
Perfect excuse for eating chocolates :-D *thumbs up*
ReplyDeleteWhat a score those boxes are! Are you going to spray paint it and tangle the outside? Now I am going to have to go out looking for cookies!
ReplyDeleteCool! I have one of those boxes in the basement...will rescue it immediately! I wonder if we could paint the outside with gesso and tangle it too.
ReplyDeleteIt was meant to be.
ReplyDeleteChocolate scented tiles..... mmmmmmm......how grand :))
ReplyDeleteOkay Okay...that is the best excuse for eating chocolate I've heard in a long time! hahaha.
ReplyDeleteBut seriously, storage of tiles is AN issue and would make a fun blog topic...how do you store you tiles?
I hang 40 of mine by photo mobiles (20 back to back on each one). And I change them out now and then. Some I keep under that glass topped coffee table which I blogged about before. But the rest are in a plastic bag. How uncreative is that? I suppose some sort of coffee table book would be a good idea, don't you think...but I don't want to glue them in. Some could be an ensemble and framed. But that would not be suitable for all the ones we do! Ideas ideas?
The mobile idea is really cool. Where did you get the mobile? I have some framed, mainly round tiles though. I also have a couple of photo cubes, which fit the square tiles perfectly. I got them at Michaels. A small photo album is another idea. Of course, there are some that I don't care to display!
