Tangles: Crescent Moon, Tripoli |
I tried another using the tangle Blake (with a few additions) and a few Black Pearlz. A set of light and dark ribbons wobble their ways across the four lines of the string. You'd probably never guess I started with the same 'asterisk' string!
I thought I should try to do one that was a little more "normal" (!) and came up with this next one. I prefer the first two. :D
Tangles: Auras, Fohbraid, Keenees, Pinwheel, Rain, Spinners, Tipple, Tortuca |
Love the depth of the third one. All three are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI think all three are wonderful! The first two are fantastic. I'm having a hard time deciding which of them is my favorite. :)
ReplyDeleteSimple and pure: i love them!!!
ReplyDeleteThat second one definitely disguises the original string well. I like all of those ribbons.
ReplyDeleteEach tile is so fun to look at. I am enjoying the fact that the string can be hidden and the tile still represents the string, how clever is that? I love that you are so able to show so many ways to use the string.... and make each a work of art!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun your tiles show, I too like to do things that aren't considered "normal". It makes life (and tiles) more interesting.
ReplyDeleteI love all three, but the ribbons of the second really catch my eye beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThese are all fantastic! The second is my favorite. It reminds me of party streamers.
ReplyDeleteOh what gorgeous twists in the middle tile!
ReplyDeleteGold pure gold!!!
I really like the collection of patterns you have used . This is lovely.
ReplyDeleteAll very lovely, but the middle tile is a real Masterpiece!
ReplyDeleteNailed it as usual! I especially love the second one!
ReplyDeleteActually, I like the third one. Not because it's more "normal" but because the tangles you chose are just playing around having fun there. Maybe I'm just partial to the dotted border side.... :) Diana
