Yuma

Yuma is an interesting and lovely tangle from Tina-Akua Hunziker, a CZT in Switzerland. It's this week's challenge from the Diva.
Tangles: Crescent Moon, Knase, Tipple, Yuma
Perhaps it was the branch-and-leaves type of beginning for this tangle, but I thought it would make an interesting tree. I had drawn most of the black ink portions when I was possessed to make the sky pink. Then the tree needed pink. Then I decided it was a cherry tree in blossom and have called it Sakura.
Tangles: Diva Dance, Printemps, Tri-dots, Yuma

  3. Wow, Margaret. Both of your Tiles are soooo good. They are elogant, clean, and delicate. Beautiful exacting line work in both of them. The Yuma pattern is so wonderfully represented in each of the Tiles, and the supporting Tangles are brilliant. Love the trunk of your tree and how you blend it into the Diva Dance. Your use of Tri-Dots is inspirational, and the pink Printemps is genius, and so well shaded. So impressive. Thanks for posting these two beauties.
