Take time for yourself. Chill out. Breathe. Recompose.
Mental health awareness is the inspiration and theme of this project pack, and how art and Zentangle can be beneficial to well-being. Included in the pack is a booklet - in which we did our drawing - of quotations about making art. Also, a medium gray Moonlight pen and a metallic green pen!

Ohhh! That well page! I love all of it but well is one of my favorites and that page touches on all the reasons why.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like it! It was fun gradually changing the tangle.
DeleteSuch suberb artistry, Margaret!! I haven't yet begun PP14, but your post is urging me to dive in. Thank you!!!
ReplyDeleteBeen following your work for years Margaret (as you well know) and I am energized by your originality and of course your accomplished line work. I watched all of 14 but due to "life" didn't do very many. I am now encouraged to go back and pick the ones that seem the most exciting and do them! Thanks for your constant inspiration.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Ginny! That's a good idea: choose what appeals and do those.
